Job Opportunity

FeldCare Connects, a leading referral network, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver exceptional care to adults of all ages.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Marion and surrounding areas.

The Occupational Therapist in Home Health will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide services defined by state laws governing Occupational Therapy practice, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with the healthcare team.
  • Lead patients in therapeutic activities to improve functioning and safety.
  • Record and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
  • Instruct patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team in areas of therapy where they can participate in assisting the patient.

Requirements:

  • Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
  • Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state.
  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
