Yoga Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Yoga/Pilates instructor to join our team at StretchLab Fairhope.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for boutique fitness and a love for helping people move better and feel better throughout their day. In a fast-paced, energetic environment, you will focus on building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional client care.

StretchLab is a leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, offering a unique experience that empowers clients to 'Live Long.' Our team of experts includes certified professionals in various fields, including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, Yoga, Pilates, and more. We pride ourselves on having the finest team of stretching professionals, trained through our proprietary Flexologist program.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Educate clients on stretching techniques and mobility
• Create customized stretching experiences for clients
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales, client care, and delivering exceptional stretch experiences
• Maximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow-up appointments, renewing memberships, and outreach to leads
• Ensure client safety by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure its availability for client use
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Participate in offsite pop-up events and organic content creation for social media

Availability:

• Shifts are generally 4-6 hours each, with a Monday-Saturday schedule
