We're seeking an experienced Private Client Financial Advisor to join our team at Citizens. As a trusted advisor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough discoveries to understand client needs, then creating tailored financial plans that meet their objectives. You'll work collaboratively with business partners and centers of influence to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop a high-quality wealth management practice with personalized strategies to meet client needs.
- Enhance relationships with key partners for client introductions and engagement.
- Proactively promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities to drive business growth.
- Foster strong relationships through partnership referrals and tailor wealth management planning to meet client needs.
- Utilize internal stakeholders and specialists for various services to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Hold Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) licenses and maintain active status.
- Possess valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable licenses or obtain within 60 days.
- Demonstrate at least two years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent.
- Show a proven track record in new business development and client book management.
- Have experience working in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
- Demonstrate familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
- Show comfort working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation:
This role offers a competitive commission-based salary, with the potential to earn between $105,000 and $250,000 per year based on performance.
