Position Overview:
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Development Engineering team, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency at our refinery. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of production processes, ensuring safety and compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and refine engineering documentation, including P&IDs and PFDs.
- Facilitate incident investigations and conduct thorough root-cause analyses.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions for process enhancements and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to evaluate the technical, economic, and environmental viability of proposed projects.
- Develop initial conceptual designs and engineering solutions, utilizing advanced simulation tools to analyze system performance.

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in process engineering or project development within the oil and gas sector, with consideration for other industrial backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Proficient in process optimization and engineering analysis, with strong communication skills to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with process simulation software such as Aspen Hysys and the ability to adapt to new software applications.

Work Environment:
This role involves a balance of office and fieldwork, requiring a commitment to safety protocols. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure project success from planning through to implementation.
