Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide support and care to our exceptional students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including observations, screenings, and evaluations
  • Complete timely documentation and follow all Medicaid billing procedures
  • Attend parent conferences and provide assessment results
  • Implement screenings and perform evaluations to identify treatment options
  • Create and maintain student IEPs
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
