Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, according to individual client needs, under the direction of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in health education and promotion activities to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
