Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Adolescent Clinic team at Seattle Children's. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, family-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Care Process
  • Collaborate with patients and families to develop individualized care plans
  • Provide supervision and delegation of tasks to nursing staff as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Provide gender-affirming care and work with patients to develop individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Washington State RN license or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Prior experience in pediatric nursing or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Pediatric nursing experience
