Key Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Operations Supervisor will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including but not limited to:
  1. Training, developing, and mentoring team members

  3. Monitoring and enforcing food safety protocols
  4. Maximizing sales and profitability
  5. Maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Must be at least 18 years old
  2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must possess all necessary documentation as required by state and federal law
  3. At least one (1) year of experience as a Shift Manager or in a similar role (preferably in high-volume quick-service or fast-casual environments)
  4. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  5. Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on results and customer service
