Key Responsibilities- Respond to calls promptly and exercise sound judgment to prioritize message distribution efficiently.
- Oversee and manage all incoming communications from clients and the organization via direct mail, email, and phone.
- Perform clerical tasks including, but not limited to, scanning, faxing, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate appointments for our sales representatives.
- Collaborate with client support personnel and sales representatives to fulfill client requirements.
- Conduct data entry across various platforms.
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience or an associate's degree in a related field.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and proficiency in operating a multi-line phone system.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
