Job OverviewAs a Logistics Operations Specialist with NewStar Sourcing and Service, LLC. in Fremont, NE, you will be responsible for supporting the warehouse and production operations by fulfilling orders, packaging manufactured products, storing/organizing inventory, and maintaining the workspace.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team at our new location. In this position, you will work closely with the Production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to operate the bagging line efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are accurate and complete.
  • Inspect shipments for any damages, defects, or errors and report promptly.
  • Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is highly valued.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects with proper training.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet productivity goals.
Compensation and BenefitsNewStar Sourcing and Service, LLC. offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
