Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Naples. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving drinks according to our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare drink orders for guests using measuring systems and issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
  • Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
  • Transport supplies to the bar set-up area and wash soiled glassware.
  • Remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables and place them in designated areas.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs and process all payment methods.
  • Count bank at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas and complete closing duties.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • None
