**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide supervision to speech therapy assistants and evaluate their effectiveness
* Assess, analyze, and develop reports regarding speech disability conditions
* Maintain accurate records and files, and evaluate the effectiveness of speech-language programs
* Conduct necessary screenings and provide therapy to identified students as required
* Educate and consult with parents and teachers regarding speech disabilities in special education students
**Requirements:**
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to observe, assess, and record progress of students with speech impairments
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in speaking and writing Spanish
* Ability to supervise and train speech-language assistants
