- 10+ years of real estate valuation experience and 5+ years of construction management experience required;
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and ability to quickly learn new software programs;

- Proficient verbal and written communication skills necessary for presenting analysis, conclusions, and recommendations;
