Job Title: Physician Advisor - Care Management & Clinical Documentation
About the Role:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to monitor key performance indicators and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide educational sessions and workshops to physicians and clinicians on regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Participate in daily case reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Act as a liaison with payers and external stakeholders to facilitate approvals and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct regular audits and provide feedback on clinical documentation integrity to ensure accuracy and completeness.
