About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at a leading company in the metal forming, coating, and decoration industry. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and packing bumpers and cross members, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and pack bumpers and cross members with precision and attention to detail
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks, including standing, walking, and turning, with minimal fatigue
  • Stage and organize materials, including packing, assembly parts, and subcomponents, to optimize production efficiency
  • Operate a tow motor for changeovers, staging, and loading products, ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of forklift experience, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, with minimal breaks and rest periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed, with proper lifting techniques and safety precautions
