Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time, onsite position. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with students in a school setting, providing essential speech and language support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Develop and implement individualized education plans and therapy programs tailored to each student's needs.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, promoting effective communication and language skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
  • Documentation and IEP Meetings: Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings to ensure student needs are met and progress is tracked.
Requirements
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification: ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
  • Licensure: Missouri state licensure or ability to obtain before the start date.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
