Senior Manufacturing Support Technician

Cinch Connectivity Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will provide technical and tooling support to ensure continuous improvement, quality issues, productivity, cost reduction, and effective corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly to ensure operational excellence.
  • Interface with production operators and engineering to establish product standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification.
  • Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability, including schematics, engineering drawings, customer-controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.

Requirements:

  • AAS in a related discipline is required.
  • 3-5 years relevant manufacturing and/or quality experience.
  • BS degree in an Engineering or related discipline may be used in lieu of experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
