A Day in the Life of a Welder at REV

As a Master Fabricator at REV Group, you will perform all GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG welding procedures, including machine settings, bottles, and necessary fittings. You will also weld aluminum and set up and maintain welding machines, inspect welds for cracks, burn through, and weld spatter, and grind and clean areas where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have preferred experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be able to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and perform shop math to layout, fabricate, and weld various parts and assemblies. Additionally, you should have knowledge and experience in welding machines, ability to communicate professionally, follow directions, and work in a team environment. Successful completion of drug and background screening is also required.
