EssilorLuxottica, a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion, luxury and sports eyewear, seeks a Sales Associate to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and sales skills.

About the Job
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering sales plans and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. You will utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, assist patients in selecting frames, and coordinate frames with optical measurements. Your primary goal will be to provide a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives
- Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
- Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance

Benefits
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Earned Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
