The Project Facilitation Expert will play a crucial role in driving our Hybrid Scrum team forward, working 3 days a week onsite in downtown Chicago.

This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and lead the team towards common goals.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track team performance.
  • Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least $95,000 per year salary based on location and experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certification in Agile frameworks such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
    • Experience in scaling Agile practices across large organizations or multiple teams.
