About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking shelves, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless replenishment of products, meeting customer demands, and adhering to company standards.

Main Responsibilities:

*Unload trucks and break down pallets to prepare products for shelving
*Restock shelves from backstock, mass displays, and end displays to maintain visual appeal and meet customer demand
*Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company safety regulations and best practices
*Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

*Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
*Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily
*Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
*Must meet company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance
*Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job

Physical Demands:

*Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
*Job cycles: continual maximum
*Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
*Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
*Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
