Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process donations, sorting and pricing items for sale.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
