We are seeking an exceptional Member Services Representative to join our team at one of our clubs. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our members.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members
• Check members into the system and assist with new account sign-ups
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the facility

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• High school diploma or equivalent required
