Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct receiving, picking, and shipping operations at the distribution center.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Possess experience in a warehouse or shipping setting, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a cold storage environment.
  • Complete all required documentation and reports, assisting the supervisor to ensure compliance with corporate and USDA standards.
  • Experience in a computerized environment is advantageous. Must be proficient in operating a forklift, pallet jack, and turret truck.
  • Ability to utilize a hand scanner and computer systems.
  • Work environment involves exposure to freezer temperatures ranging from -20°F to 35°F.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Reliable transportation to the workplace is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.
