Job Summary:

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a skilled Surgical Instrument Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of instrument processing and sterilization.

Responsibilities:

• Process and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols and manufacturer instructions.
• Operate and maintain various equipment, including autoclaves, instrument washers, and dryers.
• Examine instruments for cleanliness, proper assembly, and functionality, and identify any malfunctions or defects.
• Maintain accurate records of instrument counts, inventory levels, and sterilization procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless instrument processing and delivery.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in instrument processing or a related field preferred.
• Certification in Central Service Technology (CRCST) or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
