- Model Developer: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models tailored to healthcare applications.
- Mentor: Mentor junior engineers and team members, providing technical leadership and guidance.

- Advanced Degree: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience with ML infrastructure and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) used for large-scale data processing and model deployment.
- MLOps Expertise: Strong background in MLOps practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automated testing of machine learning models.
- Technical Leadership: Prior technical leadership experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Generative AI Expertise: Expertise in generative AI models, particularly those applicable to healthcare scenarios.
- Regulatory Compliance: Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in healthcare.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Industry Experience: Previous employment at a FAANG company or similar, with substantial involvement in AI/ML projects.
