bJob Title:/b Code Sensei - STEM EducatorbrbrbJob Summary:/b We are seeking a Code Sensei to join our team of dynamic, energetic, and forward-thinking minds at Code Ninjas Canton, MI. As a Code Sensei, you will oversee the day-to-day coaching and student engagement, providing a fun and safe learning environment for children.brbrbResponsibilities:/bbrbr* Train and learn the curriculum, belt system, and grade projects for studentsbr* Provide and set up STEM-related learning activities, programs, and exercisesbr* Administer registration, check-in, sign-up, and monitoring of students and tend to parents when neededbr* Create a positive, fun, and safe environment for students to grow, including creating events, games, and themed activitiesbr* Work with children to determine skill-sets and assist development and learning needsbr* Manage and provide feedback to parents after working with a studentbr* Follow-up with potential leads for sales opportunities and referralsbr* Assist in cleanup of the dojo and maintain a clean, hygienic, and sanitized centerbr* Ensure computer systems, tablets, and electronics are updated and configuredbr* Report weekly to Center Directors on progress and engage in weekly meetingsbrbrbQualifications:/bbrbr* Enjoy working with children ages 5 and upbr* Experience working with the general public, especially parents and childrenbr* Background in STEM-related education and experience, and familiarity with coding and technologybr* Ability to work well with others, collaborate, and problem-solvebr* Punctual, energetic, professional, and demonstrates excellence in work ethic and responsibilitiesbr* High School/College student applicant positionbrbrbAbout Code Ninjas Canton, MI:/b Code Ninjas is the nation's fastest-growing kids coding franchise.
