Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in collaboration with other interdisciplinary personnel.
Act as a patient advocate for the delivery of safe care, including delegation of care and participation in performance and practice improvement.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reflecting Kettering Health Network's mission, vision, values, and policies in interactions with patients, families, and coworkers.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
At least 12 months of RN experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
BLS certification.
ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
Must be scheduled a minimum of 480 hours per calendar year.
Minimum of 5 shifts (60 hours) per a 6-week schedule.
Weekend Shift Requirement: 2 holidays per year
