Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Overview

ShiftCode Analytics is seeking an experienced SCCM Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading analytics company and contribute to the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems using SCCM.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise systems using SCCM.

  • Design and implement the SCCM infrastructure to manage large-scale enterprise systems
  • Maintain the SCCM infrastructure, ensuring that it is up-to-date and running smoothly
  • Perform regular upgrades and maintenance tasks, including patching and security updates
  • Create, deploy, and manage SCCM configurations for different systems and applications, ensuring that all configurations are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards
  • Identify and resolve SCCM-related issues, including application installation failures, configuration issues, and network connectivity problems
  • Document SCCM-related procedures and configurations
  • Prepare reports and metrics to track system performance and compliance
  • Work closely with other IT teams, including security, network, and application teams, to ensure that SCCM configurations are integrated and compatible with other systems
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on SCCM operations, and making recommendations for their implementation
Requirements
  • 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in SCCM infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge of SCCM architecture, deployment, and management
  • You will need to have a thorough understanding of SCCM architecture and deployment methodologies
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, network protocols, and security standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V, is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred
  • SCCM certification is preferred
