Licensed Practical Nurse

Senior Resource Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Silver Springs. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Job Summary:The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing services to residents, including administering medications and treatments, performing resident assessments, and supervising resident assistants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct resident assistants to ensure high-quality care.
- Perform resident assessments to identify individual needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor response to existing treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide residents with care and support as needed.
- Assist the Director of Assisted Living with staffing schedules and daily staffing issues.
- Supervise Med Aides and Caregivers to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Current LPN license.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the health, human services, and/or community services field.
- High degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities.
- Initiative, judgment, and leadership skills.
