Our facility is dedicated to providing personalized, safe, and effective treatments that yield outstanding results.

Role Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for administering advanced neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV infusion therapy, and vitamin injections. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to enhance their skills to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments, along with IV therapy and vitamin injections.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.
  • Provide comprehensive education to clients regarding treatment procedures, including pre- and post-care guidelines.
  • Address client questions and manage their expectations throughout the treatment process.
  • Ensure the highest standards of client safety and satisfaction during all procedures.
  • Recommend relevant retail products and additional services offered by our establishment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and manage product inventory.
  • Follow established treatment protocols meticulously.
  • Keep accurate and detailed client records.
  • Build and nurture a loyal client base.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as required.
  • Occasionally engage in travel for training purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the relevant state.
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience.
  • Experience in a clinical environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
