About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing, planning, coordinating, evaluating, and delegating nursing functions across the lifespan
  • Collaborating with patients, patient families/significant others, physicians/advanced practice providers, patient care staff, leadership, and community partners
  • Fostering a learning environment for patients, families, and all members of the healthcare team
  • Advocating for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years from the initial date of hire
  • Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Advanced Life Support certification may be required after hire, depending on assigned clinic site
  • Two years of experience as a RN in a clinic setting preferred
