Job Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and support services to students individually and in groups.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Support crisis intervention and promote mental health awareness within the school community.
- Utilize data to inform decisions and improve student outcomes.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist Certification is required.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, consultation, and intervention planning.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
