We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. as a Commercial Systems Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating, inspecting, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment in assigned facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other related systems.
- Conduct performance testing and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company safety policies.
- Inspect HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure equipment operates within design capabilities.
- Complete maintenance and repair records; review historical data to develop proactive maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate as necessary.
- Safely operate a company vehicle to service locations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Certified Refrigerant Technician.
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Certification in at least two of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration Systems, Process Controls, Mechanical Power Transmissions, Painting, Plumbing, Carpentry, or Engine Repair.
- CFC Certification required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Basic financial knowledge, with the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and commissions, and perform basic financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using a personal computer and/or PDA, including Microsoft Office Outlook.
