Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northpoint Recovery. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing medical services to our patients and overseeing the development and implementation of their treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical services to patients, including administering medications and educating patients on their treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where services are rendered.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
  • Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two years of experience as an LPN in a behavioral healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and mental health services.
