We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Janitor at Excel Facility Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, executing the scope of work for all assigned locations, and maintaining janitor closets in a safe and operable condition. You will also be required to perform general cleaning tasks throughout the building and restock supplies in designated areas.

  • Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms
  • Restock supplies in designated areas
  • Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
  • Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures
Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to follow oral and written instructions, and possess basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products. You should also be able to work independently as needed and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
