About the Role
This Clinical Education Specialist for Heart Failure role is based in South East Florida or Orlando, with flexibility to work in both locations. As a CES, you'll provide advanced clinical, sales, educational, and technical support to respond to complex field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building credible relationships with customers and sharing product expertise.
- Identify customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to influence sales growth and service accounts.
- Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings on heart failure products to healthcare professionals, leveraging your deep understanding of cardiology, heart failure, and cath lab procedures.
- Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Education Specialists, promoting professional growth and development within the team.
About You
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a science field or non-science field with healthcare experience.
- You've gained at least four years of increasingly responsible experience in cardiac or heart failure related industries.
- You're familiar with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocols, with a strong understanding of hemodynamics.
- You possess exceptional critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.

Salary and Location
The estimated salary for this position is $57,300.00 - $114,700.00. The pay range may vary depending on specific locations, but we ensure that our compensation packages are highly competitive and reflective of your value to our organization.
