Main Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Qualification
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and qualification. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Customer Engagement and Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, site visits, and other engagement activities. Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Account Management and RetentionManage and retain existing customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and other engagement activities. Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and AnalysisProvide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use data and insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements- Highly Motivated and Results-Driven
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsStrong ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Technical Skills and KnowledgeProficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, sales tools, and other software applications.
Valid Driver's License and Reliable TransportationAbility to travel to customer sites and attend meetings as required.
