About the Role

At Soar Autism Center, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to children on the autism spectrum. As a Child Developmental Behavior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission-driven care model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality ABA Therapy Sessions: Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards.
  • Implement Intervention Plans: Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Build Strong Relationships with Families: Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.
Qualifications
  • Education and Certification: Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields. Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training).
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
