Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Staffing and HR to join our team at Quality Angels Human Services. This key leadership position will be responsible for managing the HR and staffing functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent for various staffing needs.
  • Oversee the staffing process, ensuring optimal employee allocation to meet client demands in home care and residential services.
  • Develop and implement staff training, development, and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal and State employment laws and regulations related to HR and staffing.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k.
  • Provide leadership in HR and staffing processes, including performance management, staff allocation, and workforce development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with computer systems, including internet-based HR platforms and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions as necessary.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
