Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure high standards on all incoming goods.
  • Process Production Orders and manage shipment documentation efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in our ERP system and pack orders for shipping.
  • Receive and store finished goods, ensuring a well-organized warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to C-TPAT Compliance procedures and maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP for accurate order tracking.
  • Create transfer orders and documentation for parts and materials.
  • Verify shipments for accuracy against pick tickets and load trailers with care.
  • Support Distribution Center operations and maintain shipping supplies.
  • Be flexible to work overtime when needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Experience in shipping and receiving (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of C-TPAT procedures and safety best practices.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
