Are you a motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic? Do you enjoy working independently and as part of a team? We are seeking a skilled FedEx Delivery Driver to join our team at Route Elite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages to businesses and residences.
  • Perform daily inspections of the vehicle and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload packages, and accurately track delivery and pickup processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with managers and colleagues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily delivery goals.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience within the last three years.
  • Pass a drug test and random drug screens throughout employment.
  • Pass a DOT physical and have a clean driving record.
  • Be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and up to 150 pounds with a hand truck.
  • Pass a FedEx Ground criminal background check.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Be on time and ready to work each workday.
  • Be able to climb stairs and work in all types of weather.
  • Have a strong work ethic and get-it-done attitude.
