The Position:

A Progressive Care Nurse will provide close monitoring and frequent assessment to patients who require a higher level of care than a general ward but don't need ICU-level attention. This role involves monitoring cardiac and other critical vital signs, detecting any changes, and intervening in emergency situations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

As a PCU nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU setting

Requirements:

* Current RN licensure in the state of practice
* BSN degree or higher
* Experience in a PCU or similar setting
