Job Overview

TPI Staffing, Inc is seeking an experienced Pipefitter to join their team. As a key member of our assembly department, you will be responsible for the fit-up and assembly of pipe spools and assorted diameter pipe fittings.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone with at least 3 years' experience working on pipe spool and/or assorted diameter pipe fittings.
  • Our ideal candidate will have cutting experience with arc gouging and be able to maintain good housekeeping in their work area.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and setting up appropriate tools and equipment needed to fit up assemblies as shown on contract drawings.
  • We expect you to ensure custom made fit up gears (i.e. shims, clamps, pull/push bars, etc.) are maintained and properly stored or kept.
  • Maintaining good mechanical aptitude and ability to stand, walk, bend and climb is also essential.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to distinguish various colors / color coding and pass vision test
  • Willing to admit to hearing baseline test
  • Time Management Skills and Organizational Skills are necessary
Physical Requirements
  • Capability of lifting to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • High Level of manual dexterity
Salary and Benefits

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour (Plus $2.00 Shift Differential)Day and Night Available. The company offers a competitive salary, benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
