Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Position patients appropriately for scanning
  • Perform regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner
  • Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
  • Correctly interpret doctors' written scanning instructions
  • Administer radiocontrast agents to patients
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
  • Explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support
Requirements:
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Active unencumbered Iowa CT Tech state license
  • One year of Cerner experience
  • ARRT Certification
  • COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster
