As a Grocery Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and keeping the sales floor free of clutter and debris.

  • Ensure that all products are displayed attractively and that the store is well-stocked and replenished regularly.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns in accordance with company policies.

  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and objectives, and participate in visual merchandising and promotional activities as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

  • You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

  • You must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • You must be able to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy while working in a team environment.
