Physical Therapy Professional

Lifepoint Health is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join their team in Redding, California.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with patients who require physical therapy services, providing them with individualized care and treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.
About the Role- As a Physical Therapist at Lifepoint Health, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on follow-through programs.
- You will also be required to communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members, assist with patient scheduling, and document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other treatments as needed.
- Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members.
- Assist with patient scheduling and document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Instruct patients and their families on follow-through programs to support continued recovery.
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- A current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
