Lead Facilities Engineer

An established Oil & Gas Operator is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to enhance their operations in deepwater assets.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days in the office and two days remote, following a 9/80 work schedule. This is a long-term contractual role, subject to annual renewal.

Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate project coordination with Asset and Operations teams to align with organizational objectives.
* Identify and define projects focused on process optimization, reliability, operability, asset integrity, minimizing downtime, and maximizing production.
* Oversee project scopes, timelines, and budgets in accordance with strategic business plans, including progress and cost reporting to senior management.
* Manage engineering activities, including oversight of third-party engineering contractors.
* Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with project development and brownfield operations.
* Conduct offshore visits to assist with planning and installation tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in Gulf of Mexico Facility Engineering.
* Previous experience working for or in a contractor role on behalf of an Operator Company.
* Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
* Familiarity with industry standards in the Gulf of Mexico.
