Join Our Team as a PRN Facility Floater
If you are seeking a dynamic caregiving role, AW Health Care welcomes skilled, compassionate CNAs and Caregivers to consider our PRN Facility Floater position. This role involves providing essential support across various independent living communities.
Key Responsibilities:
The PRN Facility Floater will be responsible for delivering personalized assistance with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment, and providing wound care when necessary. The position requires flexibility to cover shifts for caregivers who are unavailable due to vacations or illness.
Work Schedule:
This is a true PRN position, meaning you will be called upon as needed. The Floater must be prepared to travel to multiple locations and be available for shifts up to 12 hours.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation
- Have a minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience, preferably with seniors
- Be comfortable working in homes with pets and/or smokers
- Possess moderate computer skills for documentation purposes
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commit to ongoing training and education as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- CNA certification is preferred but not mandatory
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to engage in physical activities as needed
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting (20-40 pounds)
- Willingness to bend, lift, and be active regularly
