We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a Pediatric RN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with the healthcare team.
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of each patient and their family.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas and BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric cardiac stepdown or equivalent required.
- BSN degree or equivalent.
- PALS/ACLS certification.
- 2 years of experience in pediatric cardiac stepdown or equivalent.
